St. Paul class: Begins February 19, 4 to 6 p.m., each Tuesday for eight weeks
St. Paul Central Library, 90 W. 4th Street

Minneapolis class: Begins February 21, 4 to 6 p.m., each Thursday for eight weeks
Minneapolis Central Library, 300 Nicollet Mall

Teaching staff: Thomas Rozwadowski, ThreeSixty publications editor and Katie Johnson, ThreeSixty community outreach editor, along with support from many of the Twin Cities’ top journalists and media makers.

Eligibility: We’re looking for students who are committed and curious. Through the multi-faceted reporting process, NewsTeam also seeks to enhance critical thinking skills and greater community awareness. Applicants should be enrolled in a Minnesota or Wisconsin high school (we will look at exceptional eighth graders, however) and be interested in telling important stories using writing and photography. Joining ThreeSixty’s NewsTeam requires initiative, engagement, the ability to complete a story on your own time and perseverance during the editing process.
